About The Position

We are seeking a curious, analytical, and forward-thinking HR Summer Intern to support key initiatives focused on innovation, process optimization, and digital enablement across the Human Resources function. This role offers hands-on experience in improving HR operations, enhancing employee experience, and contributing to transformation efforts.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Data Analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in process improvement, HR technology, or digital transformation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking )
  • Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)
  • Familiarity with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR teams (e.g., Talent, Total Rewards, Inclusion & Belonging) to identify process improvement opportunities across the employee lifecycle
  • Map and analyze current HR processes; recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience
  • Support the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flows
  • Leverage tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS platforms) to analyze data and generate insights
  • Assist in piloting and implementing automation or digital solutions (e.g., workflow tools, AI-enabled solutions)
  • Conduct research on emerging HR technologies and industry best practices and apply to real cases
  • Contribute to change management and communication plans for new initiatives
  • Prepare presentations and updates for HR leadership
