Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
