Working closely with the Chief of Shared Services, managers, and employees, this position serves as a trusted HR partner, delivering operational support across multiple human resources functions. Responsibilities include recruitment and staffing, onboarding and offboarding, leave administration, compensation and classification support, and general human resources administration. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality HR services while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and best practices.
