As an HR Generalist II, you will play a key role in supporting employees and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle while helping create an exceptional employee experience. The HR Generalist II will lead experienced-hire recruiting efforts while also serving as a trusted HR resource to managers and employees. This role will administer leave and accommodation programs, support benefits administration, ensure compliance with employment laws and Firm policies, and provide operational support across a broad range of human resources functions. This position requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
