About The Position

The Human Resource Director partners closely with Operations leadership to provide people related consultation and services for assigned client group(s). Identifies and implements people solutions to support Crestwood’s mission and objectives. The Human Resource Director is responsible for developing and leading one or more HR Centers of Excellence. Reports to the Vice President of Human Resources. Up to 50% In-State Travel. This will be a Hybrid Position - (Remote with occasional onsite meetings or campus visits)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or equivalent experience) or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources.
  • 5+ years’ experience in building management and leadership development programs.
  • 2+ years of organizational development experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • SPHR certification preferred.
  • Leadership training program certification(s) preferred.
