Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
minimum of 1 year of previous Human Resources experience
Basic knowledge of employment law best practices required
Outstanding organizational skills
strong interpersonal/customer service abilities
the ability to multi-task efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel required

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with high volume, non-exempt recruiting strongly preferred
Previous experience in a retail setting preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate recruiting efforts for field positions by identifying and utilizing a variety of candidate sourcing strategies to meet assigned recruiting metrics
Conduct screening interviews for qualified candidates using behavioral, competency based tools.
Process required background checks and new hire paperwork for select candidates
Research employment legislation in different jurisdictions
Oversee time off requests for field employees in order to minimize unassigned retail locations
Work on assigned HR related projects as requested
