At Medline, the Human Resources department plays a critical role in its success. The HR Development Program (HRDP) is a 32-month rotational program designed to build broad HR capability through hands-on experience across core HR disciplines. Participants will partner with various leaders and groups within the HR department to support the delivery of HR programs and services while developing foundational and strategic HR skills.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Business, or related major
  • Senior standing with a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Unrestricted permanent US work authorization

Responsibilities

  • Immerse in various HR functions through four rotations, each lasting eight months, with opportunities to be a part of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Early Careers, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Business Partner, and Belonging.
  • Discover which HR function aligns with career aspirations while providing real value to the organization.
  • Engage in strategic collaboration, diagnose needs and provide solutions, and build connections across the organization.
  • Develop leadership abilities through coaching and exposure to senior HR leaders.
  • Roles and responsibilities will vary depending on the rotation.
