About The Position

This rotational program is structured to last three years with three 12-18-month assignments at manufacturing plants (onsite) and corporate offices (hybrid). Master’s program graduates interested in Human Resources within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization will have the opportunity to engage in high-impact, challenging assignments within the Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Generalist functions. Throughout the program, participants can expect to gain hands-on human resources experience, develop strong consulting relationships, use data and insights to guide strategic business decisions, advance conflict management and mediation skills, and build skills in areas such as employee relations, business acumen, talent acquisition, and talent management.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, or a related program of study completed no later than June 2027
  • General understanding of business, financial concepts, and theory behind processes
  • Ability to relocate during and after the program

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on human resources experience working with employees and cross functional business partners
  • Develop strong consulting relationships and influence business leaders through coaching, mentorship, and partnership
  • Use data and insights to guide strategic business decisions that align with our goals, objectives, and initiatives
  • Advance conflict management and mediation skills through working in a dynamic business environment
  • Build skills in areas such as employee relations, business acumen, talent acquisition, talent management, etc.
