The Human Resources Development Program (Career Accelerator Program - CAP) at Texas Instruments (TI) is designed to provide participants with professional and technical training to accelerate their integration into TI and foster long-term career success. This program offers function-specific technical training and hands-on learning opportunities, encouraging problem-solving from the outset. As a member of the global human resources (HR) team, you will collaborate with company leaders to ensure TI possesses the necessary talent and capabilities for success in the competitive semiconductor market. HR acts as a strategic partner, playing a critical role in the company's success. The program allows participants to explore both specialist and generalist HR roles, including HR business partner and specialist positions in areas like recruiting, compensation, development, and employee relations. International participants may have the opportunity for a 3-4 month assignment in the U.S. Upon completion of the program, participants will join one of TI's Human Resources teams and be well-positioned for senior roles, with many current senior HR leaders having started their careers in this program. HR teams engage in activities that align HR strategies with business goals, including analyzing market competitiveness, developing leadership communication strategies, enhancing recruiting and marketing, identifying and developing high-potential talent, creating training modules, and planning for long-term talent needs. Participants will be immersed in critical job assignments, complemented by formal learning, networking opportunities with peers and senior leaders, and project experience across various HR functions. Opportunities are available in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Texas Instruments will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorization for this position.
