Nice To Haves

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience within Human Resources, business operations, consulting, or other related functions
  • Experience leading projects, influencing stakeholders, or working across teams
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in changing environments

Responsibilities

  • Exposure to Strategic Human Resources initiatives that support business growth, workforce priorities, and organizational effectiveness
  • Exposure to HR Centers of Expertise, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and HR Business Partnership
  • Opportunities to collaborate with business leaders and HR professionals across the enterprise to solve complex business challenges
  • Development experiences focused on leadership, business acumen, change agility, communication, and problem-solving
  • Insights into how HR evolves and adapts to meet changing workforce and industry needs
