Human Resources Development Program - Master's Program Graduates
About The Position
This is an Evergreen Requisition for the Human Resources Development Program, designed for Master's program graduates interested in Human Resources within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. The rotational program lasts three years with three 12-18 month assignments at manufacturing plants (onsite) and corporate offices (hybrid). Graduates will engage in high-impact assignments within Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Generalist functions, gaining hands-on experience, developing consulting relationships, using data for strategic decisions, advancing conflict management skills, and building expertise in employee relations, business acumen, talent acquisition, and talent management.
Requirements
- Complete your Master’s degree in Human Resources, or a related program of study no later than June 2027 (January start dates available for December grads)
- Have a general understanding of business, financial concepts, and theory behind processes
- Able to relocate during and after the program. Location preferences are taken into consideration in addition to business needs. Location assignments will be available as early as January 2026.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on human resources experience working with employees and cross functional business partners
- Develop strong consulting relationships and influence business leaders through coaching, mentorship, and partnership
- Use data and insights to guide strategic business decisions that align with our goals, objectives, and initiatives
- Advance your conflict management and mediation skills through working in a dynamic business environment
- Build skills in areas such as employee relations, business acumen, talent acquisition, talent management, etc.
