As a Human Resources Development Program Analyst/Associate within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. The goal of PNC’s Development Programs is to move analysts and associates from development roles into production roles in one of PNC’s lines of business. During the program, associates have a unique opportunity to deepen their HR expertise, collaborate with senior and executive leaders, and contribute to critical HR activities. Program experiences will focus on rotations and/or learning experiences across HR and may include: Learning & Talent Development, Workforce Strategies and Talent Acquisition (Recruiting), Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits), HR Metrics & Analytics, HR Strategy, Delivery & Risk. Requirements

Preferred business relevant majors (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Labor Relations), Minimum GPA 3.0.
Demonstrated interest in human resources through previous internships or work experience, coursework, project work or related certifications.

Roles at this level are filled by recent university / college graduates with little or no professional experience, but possessing relevant skills. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

Participates as an analyst/associate in the line of business development program.
Performs or assists the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results (e.g. deal, sales, or process support, internal or external customer interaction, or supporting internal projects). Works under supervision and may have limited approval and/or exception authority.
Participates in social learning within the organization (e.g. identifies and networks with business representatives and peers, participates in mentoring, job shadowing and community outreach)
Participates in formal learning (e.g. classroom, web-based, or virtual) and completes related activities and projects.
Supports the internal and external customer experience by providing excellent service at all times; takes accountability and ensures problem resolution.
Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
