Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Ability to work with and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Supports various Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions, including data entry, system administration, and performance management.
Accurately enter data into HRIS and other relevant systems; ensure data is up to date and correctly maintained
Support the administration of the performance management process
Address associate questions regarding systems, processes, and change requests
Conduct system testing to ensure functionality and efficiency
Support administration of the 401(k) plan
Generate ad hoc and scheduled reporting as needed
Additional responsibilities as assigned
