Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR data analysis.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics tools, statistical analysis, and data modeling.
  • Fluency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics, KPIs, best practices, and trends.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team player attitude.

  • Ability to recite Pi to the 100th digit.
  • Experience winning a data visualization contest.

Responsibilities
