Requirements
- Must be able to demonstrate Force-choke on insubordinate employees.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience juggling HR data.
- Jedi-level mastery of HR analytics tools, statistical analysis, and data modeling.
- Fluency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (like Tableau and Power BI).
- Ability to turn raw data into dazzling insights faster than you can say "predictive analytics".
- Knowledge of HR metrics, KPIs, best practices, and trends.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Superhero-like understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations.
