Requirements

  • Must be able to demonstrate Force-choke on insubordinate employees.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience juggling HR data.
  • Jedi-level mastery of HR analytics tools, statistical analysis, and data modeling.
  • Fluency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (like Tableau and Power BI).
  • Ability to turn raw data into dazzling insights faster than you can say "predictive analytics".
  • Knowledge of HR metrics, KPIs, best practices, and trends.
