About The Position

The HR Coordinator is a detail-oriented and service-driven individual who thrives in HR operations and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for new hires. This role is integral in creating a positive and lasting first impression, ensuring new employees feel welcomed, supported, and engaged from day one. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for accurate HR data entry and processing, coordinating seamless onboarding and offboarding tasks, and coordinating new hire orientations to provide outstanding and cohesive employee experience. As the primary point of contact for facility employees, this individual will also provide essential administrative support to the HR team, playing a crucial role in operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to confidentiality, efficiency, and being detail-oriented, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment to uphold the highest standards of HR service.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in related field preferred.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience as an administrative role in a hospital setting or Human Resources environment preferred.
  • PHRca (Professional in Human Resources – California) preferred.
  • aPHR (Associate Professional in Human Resources): preferred A common entry-level certification that does not require prior HR experience.
