Requirements

Have experience in human resources, people operations, employee support, recruitment, training, education, administration, customer service, client success, or other people-focused roles
Bring strong communication and relationship-building skills
Value autonomy, ownership, and personal responsibility
Are comfortable working independently

Responsibilities

Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in personal and professional development
Guide structured conversations using established systems
Follow up with interested individuals through digital platforms

Work remotely using Zoom, phone, and modern communication tools
Learn and apply AI-supported tools to enhance workflow and productivity
Manage your own schedule, priorities, and activity
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship
Track consistency, activity, and results
