About The Position

The Edw. C. Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our Corporate Office in Dearborn, MI. The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and technical support across multiple human resources functions, including HRIS administration, talent acquisition, compliance, compensation, and employee data management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or coursework toward a degree in Human Resources or Business degree or related experience
  • Knowledge of HRIS (Oracle HCM, ADP and EBS experience a plus)
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats, including individually and in group settings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to Lift up to 20 lbs., sit, walk and stand for extended periods of time
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and process employee data transactions within Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and ADP systems
  • Process monthly collective bargaining agreement (CBA) wage updates and coordinate mass hourly and non-bargaining pay rate changes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues between Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and ADP systems
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute HR reports using Oracle OTBI, Oracle EBS, and ADP reporting tools
  • Audit HR system data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Maintain the LevyYou Employee Portal and provide user support
  • Assist employees and managers with HR system questions and technical issues
  • Support the implementation of new HR system functionality and enhancements, including user acceptance testing and system validation
  • Draft and maintain job descriptions for new and existing positions
  • Prepare and post job advertisements through appropriate recruiting channels
  • Review resumes, conduct initial candidate phone screenings, and coordinate interview scheduling
  • Prepare employment offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Form I-9 and E-Verify employment eligibility requirements
  • Prepare and submit required government reports, including EEO-1 and VETS-100 reporting
  • Assist with compliance reporting activities and administration of dependent Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requests
  • Research market compensation data and compile salary survey information
  • Coordinate the annual hourly non-bargaining wage increase process
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
