About The Position

This is an entry-level seasonal position in the Team Service Office at Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio, Texas. The role supports core HR functions and helps create a positive work experience for park team members by addressing questions and concerns, maintaining accurate records, celebrating team performance, and fostering a welcoming, respectful, and safe work culture. The position pays $14 per hour and includes free admission to any Six Flags park for the employee and a guest per visit, additional complimentary tickets for friends and family, merchandise discounts, flexible scheduling, and daily pay availability through Dayforce Wallet.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have weekend availability.
• Must be comfortable working a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate about helping others.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Able to manage time well, take initiative, and follow up consistently.
• Willingness to quickly learn HR procedures and systems.
• Ability to coach and engage with team members of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee questions, concerns, and issues with care and professionalism.
• Use ARS, Dayforce, and UKG to manage team member information accurately and efficiently.
• Answer calls and provide courteous, prompt assistance.
• Track and counsel team members on attendance, punctuality, and company policies.
• Support the Team Six Reward Program to celebrate team success.
• Enforce Grooming, Guest First, and Safety Standards as a role model.
• Assist with Employment & Recruiting, Administration, and Wardrobe functions.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date employee files through electronic filing.
• Keep the Team Service Office clean and welcoming.
• Perform other tasks as needed to support the team and park operations.
