About The Position

We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team, focusing on fostering a collaborative relationship with different departments. As the HR BP, you will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. This position involves cultivating a positive work culture, implementing HR policies, and providing expert guidance to support the achievement of the team's goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, or similar role, in a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in Canada & USA
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with diverse teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with leaders to understand business goals, key projects, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate values, philosophy, and strategy while delivering proactive, strategic HR guidance
  • Manage employee relations matters, address conflicts, and foster a positive work environment that enhances employee engagement and productivity
  • Oversee performance management processes, offering guidance on goal setting, feedback, and development plans for team members
  • Implement HR policies and procedures consistently, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards
  • Utilize HR analytics to assess trends and key metrics within the departments, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Support the teams through periods of change, providing guidance on organizational restructuring, role realignment, and other change management initiatives
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
