Partners with department leadership (managers/supervisors) to coach and guide towards the appropriate organizational development. Ability to align HR strategy to business strategy. Acts as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation striving to lead mutual processes to best practice status. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions; programs and policies. Provides day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; and management through complex and difficult issues. Leverage and utilize Global HRIS and Local Payroll system for site based needs, previous HRIS/payroll software experience required. Leads and/or supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; benefits enrollment; etc. Evaluates issues, patterns, and trends to provide proactive insights for HR solution and program designs i.e. training to address certain needs. Partners with other functional departments as needed to provide solutions for clients. Promotes a culture of people, safety and quality as top priority through exhibited behaviors. Ensures departments are in compliance with various governmental laws and regulations around DOL, EEOC, OFCCP, Wage, Workers Compensation, Disability, FMLA, etc. Supports implementation of Corporate HR programs and policies for the business. Partners with legal to resolve any litigation or legal issues. Supports talent acquisition activites for positions within their business focus areas to ensure alignment to company compensation and title structure. Serves as back-up supporting the Head of HR. Performs other related duties as assigned.
