This position is responsible for processing, reviewing, recommending, monitoring, and submitting proposals related to Employee and Agency Benefits, including Medical, General Liabilities, Auto, Retirement Plans, Family Medical Leave Act, Disabilities, Worker’s Comp, ADA, Vacation, and sick time. The role also involves managing the Applicant Tracking System and the hiring process. Additionally, the Human Resources Benefits Director will supervise Human Resources functions when the Chief Human Resources Officer is absent.
