Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required or at least 3 years experience in benefit administration required.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft Office Skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience coordinating employee benefits, e.g. health, dental, vision coverage, etc. preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain all leave of absences, including getting appropriate medical certifications, sending appropriate correspondence, and communicating with employees within the framework of FMLA, CFRA, and all other applicable regulations.
  • Responsible for 401k plan administration.
  • Track benefits deductions in HRIS and make appropriate adjustments.
  • Reconciliation and payment processing for monthly benefit invoices.
  • Send appropriate communication with regards to benefit updates and changes.
  • Answer all benefit related questions.
