The Autism Society of North Carolina is seeking a dynamic Benefits Administrator. This position is responsible for overall benefits administration, 401K program, ACA compliance and HR support at the statewide level. Provides guidance on benefits administration for key internal stakeholders. Serves as main point of contact for benefits to all benefits-eligible employees and new hires.
