About The Position

The Human Resources Associate assists with day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, employee support, and maintaining accurate personnel records. This role also supports reporting, compliance, and HR systems such as ADP.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in HR, or related field or 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (ADP preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support employee onboarding, including processing new hire paperwork and background checks
  • Assist with credentialing and privileging processes for applicable staff
  • Track and follow up on required employee documentation and compliance items
  • Support benefits administration and employee wellness initiatives
  • Assist with HR reporting (FMLA, turnover, OSHA, EEOC, etc.)
  • Help coordinate trainings and staff development activities
  • Support worker’s compensation reporting and leave tracking (including FMLA)
  • Provide general administrative support to HR and assist with audits and compliance
  • Assist with payroll processing and reimbursements as needed
  • Support fiscal/administrative tasks and reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned
