Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, or Lawful Permanent Resident.
  • Possess a valid State of Colorado driver's license or State issued ID.
  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience as an assistant in human resources or security administrative capacity may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to speak, read, write legibly, and understand English.
  • General understanding of HR law as it relates to compensation, employee relations, training and safety
  • Must be willing to submit to and pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Must be willing to comply with our Drug Free Workplace policy
  • Must be neat, well-groomed and present a professional appearance.

Nice To Haves

  • advanced Human Resource certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist HR Manager with administrative tasks, and all phases of personnel support by providing assistance in such areas as employment, employee/labor relations, training, benefit administration and record keeping
  • Ensure proper badging and licensing of workforce assigned to DEN
  • Ensure the proper procurement of all supplies, uniforms, and additional items needed for a successful operation
  • Assist in conducting internal investigations
  • Work with all levels of management in addressing HR and employee relations issues
  • Assist in the recruiting and onboarding of CAS workforce assigned to DEN
  • Perform payroll and billing functions to ensure accurate and on time invoices to the client.
  • Provide various general administrative support within the office.
  • Performing additional duties as required/assigned.
