About The Position

The Human Resources Assistant II provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team while ensuring a high level of customer service, accuracy, and confidentiality. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, applicants, and visitors and assists with a variety of HR processes including onboarding, employee records management, scheduling, reporting, and general HR administration.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or clerical experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions.
  • Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and personnel record maintenance.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other HR documents.
  • Respond to employee and applicant inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
