About The Position

This role supports the design, analysis, and administration of base pay, incentive programs, and salary structures. It involves conducting market pricing, benchmarking, and internal equity analyses to inform compensation decisions. The analyst will assist with annual compensation processes, including merit increases, bonus administration, and promotional adjustments. Additionally, the role focuses on HR data analysis and reporting across various HR functions such as compensation, turnover, recruiting, and engagement to identify trends and insights. The analyst will also support ad hoc data requests, ensure data integrity across HR systems, create and maintain dashboards, and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on benefits-related reporting. The position contributes to HR programs and initiatives supporting employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness, and provides analytical support for recruiting metrics. A key aspect is maintaining awareness of and adherence to the Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts.

Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful insights.

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time.

  • Must be able to be in constant verbal and written communication with stakeholders to discuss and convey information in order to exchange accurate information.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, analysis, and administration of base pay, incentive programs, and salary structures.
  • Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and internal equity analyses to inform compensation decisions.
  • Assist with annual compensation processes, including merit increases, bonus administration, and promotional adjustments.
  • Prepare compensation reports, recommendations, and dashboards for HR leadership, business partners, and executive stakeholders with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze workforce data across HR functions (compensation, turnover, recruiting, engagement, etc.) to identify trends and insights.
  • Support ad hoc data requests with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity across HR systems and reporting tools.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for HR leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure documentation and procedures are current and aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on benefits-related reporting and issues.
  • Contribute to HR programs and initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Analyze participation, utilization, and cost trends to support benefits strategy.
  • Provide analytical support for recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipelines, and offer competitiveness.
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.
