About The Position

Lead complex employee relations matters with professionalism, impartiality, and confidentiality. Conduct thorough workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, policy violations, performance concerns, and other employee complaints. Interview employees, gather evidence, analyze facts, and prepare clear, well-documented investigation findings and recommendations. Advise managers on performance management, corrective action, conflict resolution, organizational changes, and terminations. Analyze HR metrics including turnover, retention, employee engagement, investigations, performance, and other workforce trends. Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide meaningful insights to HR and business leaders. Use data to identify organizational risks, recommend interventions, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs. Coach managers on talent management, employee development, organizational effectiveness, and change management. Support organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent initiatives. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
  • 5+ years of progressive experience as HR Generalist
  • Demonstrated expertise conducting complex workplace investigations from intake through resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, and other employment regulations.
  • Experience coaching leaders through difficult employee situations.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and identify meaningful trends.
  • Experience creating HR dashboards and executive-level reporting.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Expertise in MS Office suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
