This role supports the design, analysis, and administration of base pay, incentive programs, and salary structures. It involves conducting market pricing, benchmarking, and internal equity analyses to inform compensation decisions. The analyst will assist with annual compensation processes, including merit increases, bonus administration, and promotional adjustments. A key part of the role is preparing compensation reports, recommendations, and dashboards for HR leadership, business partners, and executive stakeholders, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, the role involves analyzing workforce data across various HR functions (compensation, turnover, recruiting, engagement, etc.) to identify trends and insights, supporting ad hoc data requests, and ensuring data integrity across HR systems. The analyst will also create and maintain dashboards and reports, ensure documentation and procedures are current, and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on benefits-related reporting. Contributions to HR programs and initiatives supporting employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness are expected, along with analyzing participation, utilization, and cost trends for benefits strategy and providing analytical support for recruiting metrics.
