About The Position

TEKsystems is currently hiring for a Human Resources Business Partner to assist with a newly established office in Scottsdale, AZ. Along with managing human resource functions, this position will be the primary office administrator and first point of contact. You will have a front row seat and a direct impact on the next phase of growth for the organization. You will provide comprehensive support in the day-to-day operations of the people team, ensuring the efficient delivery of new employee orientation and onboarding, the accuracy and maintenance of employee records, and work closely with other departments to provide customer-focused, effective People service to the organization for the achievement of the organization’s goals and objectives. You will also ensure that all office administrative activities are efficiently handled, including supply and equipment management, file management, administrative support, and related activities.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of Human Resources Operations experience
  • Experience building, maintaining, and presenting HR data analytics
  • Ability to manage both operational/administrative and strategic people team initiatives
  • High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive, strong relationships with diverse groups of people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat
  • Passionate about people and how they function together to create a valuable organization

Responsibilities

  • Manage core People Operations functions, including onboarding, off boarding, and time off administration
  • Support employee relations discussions in partnership with the People Partner Team, guiding internal conversations, mitigating risk, and resolving conflicts
  • Support the deployment of various People Team policies, procedures, and initiatives, including but not limited to performance management, internal mobility, recruitment and hiring needs, compliance and learning and development.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data and internal documentation across People systems
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a seamless and productive workplace experience for employees across hybrid and in-office environments
  • Partner with Workplace Experience to manage office vendors, supplies, seating, and space planning to support team growth and collaboration
  • Coordinate and execute in-office events, team gatherings, and employee engagement initiatives that promote company culture
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office-related needs, including facilities issues, employee requests, and general workplace support
  • Support budget tracking and expense management related to office operations, vendors, and employee experience initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve the in-office experience and align workplace operations with employee needs and company growth
