TEKsystems is currently hiring for a Human Resources Business Partner to assist with a newly established office in Scottsdale, AZ. Along with managing human resource functions, this position will be the primary office administrator and first point of contact. You will have a front row seat and a direct impact on the next phase of growth for the organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about innovation, embodies Core Values, and takes initiative to ensure the well-being and growth of our employees. You will provide comprehensive support in the day-to-day operations of the people team, ensuring the efficient delivery of new employee orientation and onboarding, the accuracy and maintenance of employee records, and work closely with other departments to provide customer-focused, effective People service to the organization for the achievement of the organization’s goals and objectives. You will also ensure that all office administrative activities are efficiently handled, including supply and equipment management, file management, administrative support, and related activities.
