About The Position

The HR Administrator plays a critical role in keeping HR operations running smoothly—owning payroll accuracy, HRIS data integrity, and benefits and leave administration. This role ensures everything works as it should behind the scenes while using AI tools and automation to increase efficiency and reduce risk.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR, payroll, or HRIS experience required (ADP preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and employee data management
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Experience reconciling data across systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator with strong judgment and discretion

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly) with precision
  • Review, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies before submission
  • Serve as the payroll subject matter expert
  • Manage employee data in ADP across the full lifecycle
  • Process hires, changes, and terminations quickly and accurately
  • Audit and align data across systems
  • Manage benefits enrollment and vendor coordination
  • Reconcile payroll and benefits data to prevent issues
  • Oversee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, and company leave) from start to return-to-work
  • Generate and analyze HR reports
  • Identify trends, risks, and process gaps
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency
