The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for a variety of time-sensitive and confidential administrative tasks and processes while providing both project and day-to-day support for all functions within the HR department, with a focus on recruitment activities and HR administrative support. Leveraging a sound ability to build relationships, the HR Administrator is responsible for assisting the general human resources needs of all SkilledTradesBC staff including but not limited to maintaining HRIS and auditing related systems to verify that appropriate processes are being followed. Additionally, the HR Administrator will be involved in committees, onboarding & offboarding processes, general HR communication, and serving as a learning administrator for in-house organizational training. The HR Administrator will work closely with the HR Advisor and support the HR Business Partner, HR Manager, and HR Director. This position does not have any direct reports.
