This is a wonderful entry-level opportunity to work with a cohesive and supportive team.

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Previous HR Internship or HR Administrator experience preferred.
  • Bilingual skills a plus - English/Spanish.
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple dealership locations, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer administration, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and support recruiting strategies.
  • Conduct initial phone screens, candidate outreach, and interview coordination as needed.
  • Attend and participate in college career fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, new hire documentation, and new hire packages.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HR compliance initiatives across the organization.
  • Perform regular audits of personnel files, HR documentation, and required compliance items.
  • Monitor completion of required training and compliance programs and follow up with managers as needed.
  • Assist with HR reporting, compliance tracking, and other department administrative functions.
  • Support employee engagement efforts, including employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on special projects related to employee experience, process improvement, and organizational growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Code HR-related invoices and support department expense processing.
  • Support the HR Generalist, HR Manager, and HR Director with special projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
