About The Position

The Human Resources Administrator provides day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources team. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, HR records management, employee events, training coordination, and other HR processes. The position helps keep HR operations organized, accurate, and responsive while supporting Human Resources Business Partners and the Labour Relations Manager. At Taggart, we're more than a company. Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
  • Strong attention to detail is required.
  • A high degree of professionalism and confidentiality is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Human Resources is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provides general full-cycle recruitment support to the Human Resources team.
  • Assists with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintains employee records and data within the HRIS, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and complete
  • Provides administrative support to the Human Resources team, including data entry, scanning, filing, and drafting of employment agreements.
  • Collaborates with and assists various departments across the group of companies including Communications, Health & Safety, and Office Services.
  • Monitors shared HR and Careers email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and accurate routing of inquiries
  • Conducts research, gathers information from various companies, and produces data reports to support departmental needs
  • Supports the Labour Relations Manager with administrative tasks, including facilitating onboarding and associated documentation and processes
  • Performs other duties as required.
