This role is responsible for managing the daily administrative functions of the HR office, including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, and payroll. The manager will execute and refine recruiting and staffing initiatives, research and address employment-related concerns, and ensure compliance with company HR policies. They will also manage the accuracy, confidentiality, and maintenance of HR documents, and assist in the implementation and compliance of HR systems and applications. Additionally, the role involves identifying associate, customer, and supplier concerns, supervising and developing associates and leaders, and managing and coordinating training for Distribution and/or Transportation associates. The position emphasizes building high-performing teams, embracing diversity, and fostering a culture of belonging.
