About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist is a core member of the Human Resources team responsible for owning employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and frontline HR operations across multiple entities. This role serves as the primary point of contact for workforce matters, ensuring consistent application of policies, compliance with employment laws, and alignment with organizational objectives. The Human Resources Generalist provides direct support and coaching to managers while overseeing HR Coordinators and onboarding operations to ensure efficient and compliant execution of HR processes.
