About The Position

Caregivers NW provides non-medical in-home care all around the Portland area. Our mission is simple: We improve the lives of those entrusted to our care. In this role, you’ll be the go-to HR resource for our Portland location, helping with recruiting, onboarding, employee support, benefits, compliance, and everything in between. You’ll work closely with our team while making a real difference in the employee experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• A passion for supporting employees
• The ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality
• 2+ years of HR experience preferred
