The Human Resource Administrative assistant is responsible for assisting with the coordination of day-to-day administration of all human resources functions and special projects. The individual will help Aloha meet growth and productivity goals.

Requirements

Must be able to take direction well.
Must be able to work independently.
Must display a high level of independent discretion in assisting with human resource initiatives.
Excellent computer and typing skills needed.
Ability, passion, and desire to learn is a must.

Nice To Haves

Previous HR experience is not required.
