The Human Resource Administrative assistant is responsible for assisting with the coordination of day-to-day administration of all human resources functions and special projects. The individual will help Aloha meet growth and productivity goals. The ideal candidate must be able to take direction well, work independently ,and display a high level of independent discretion in assisting with human resource initiatives. Excellent computer and typing skills needed. Previous HR experience is not required, but the ability, passion, and desire to learn is a must!
