Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, the Human Resources Assistant enhances the dignity and quality of life of our clients, visitors, and staff through the delivery of efficient and accurate Human Resources administrative services. The Human Resources Assistant provides essential support to the Human Resources department through the coordination of processes, management of HR documentation, maintenance of employee records, and handling of routine inquiries in a professional and timely manner. The successful candidate will support Good Shepherd's Mission, Vision, and Values while contributing to a respectful, welcoming, and service-focused work environment.
