Requirements

  • One year of clerical or other comparable experience which involved obtaining, providing, and evaluating information in accordance with established standards; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • You must meet the PA residency requirement.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide information to employees about FMLA rules, required forms, and correct absence entry based on policy research
  • Prepare notices and letters, maintain confidentiality, and upload documents to electronic records
  • Sort incoming mail, prioritize items, and route materials to staff using sound judgment
  • Check FMLA eligibility and leave quotas to confirm details and determine appropriate actions
  • Use software tools to edit PDF files as part of daily work
  • Organize high volumes of calls and messages while meeting strict deadlines
