Human Capital Task Lead
About The Position
MacMore is seeking a full-time Human Capital Task Lead to support a pending contract award for the General Services Administration’s Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS). The position is located in Washington, DC. The Human Capital Task Lead will lead support for Government recruiting logistics, onboarding, workforce records, competency development, and organizational change. The role coordinates with Government HR and analytics and learning teams on workforce needs, directs work assignments, monitors service quality, resolves operational issues, and ensures sensitive personnel information is handled appropriately.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant human capital or workforce-support experience.
- 3+ years leading teams or workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Lead federal workforce support and coordinate with Government HR.
- Support recruiting logistics, onboarding, workforce records, and workforce planning.
- Coordinate with Government HR and analytics and learning teams on workforce needs.
- Direct staff assignments and coordinate workforce services.
- Monitor service quality and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure sensitive personnel information is handled appropriately.
- Support competency development and organizational change.
