About The Position

As a Human Capital Specialist, you will manage core HR programs, including benefits, awards, payroll, and onboarding, and advise on complex HR issues. You will analyze challenges, design solutions, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience. The role also involves analyzing workforce data and advising on sensitive HR matters to help ensure smooth, strategic operations and support a culture of engagement and operational excellence.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience working in a professional environment, including human resources.
Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of HR administration and management principles and practices.
Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, and evaluate options for action.
Ability to create a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Bachelor's degree.
