This role involves coordinating BWC employment assessments, including communicating with job applicants, scheduling assessments, and securing administration facilities. The analyst will also proctor in-person assessments in Columbus and other BWC service offices, score assessments, generate reports, and update systems with results. Additionally, the position supports higher-level assessment staff with the job analysis process to develop or update assessments and interviews, and assists with other departmental recruitment efforts such as processing employment verification requests, maintaining personnel files, and coordinating drug tests and background checks.
