About The Position

The Ohio Adjutant General’s Department is seeking applications for two (2) Human Capital Management Senior Analysts. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to the operational readiness and safety of our facilities, supporting the men and women who protect our communities and the State of Ohio. Requirements

  • Proficiency in OAKS/Taleo and OnBase is required.
  • 3 yrs. exp. in human resources.
  • Or completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration; 12 mos. exp. in human resources.
  • Or 1 yr. exp. as Human Capital Management Analyst, 64612.
  • Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
  • Must provide own transportation, or to operate a state vehicle, you must have a valid driver's license from state of residence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, conduct employee relations investigations, and handle position classifications.
  • Ensure workforce compliance, support organizational readiness through training facilitation and performance management, and adhere strictly to State of Ohio policies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, utilizing OAKS/Taleo for applicant tracking and hiring processes.
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations and provide guidance on policy interpretation and compliance.
  • Perform classification studies and maintain accurate, compliant position descriptions.
  • Facilitate training sessions, oversee performance management cycles, and ensure adherence to state regulations.
  • Utilize OnBase for electronic record management and workforce compliance.
