Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree and one year of professional experience in human resource management, preferably in the public sector.
- Any equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
- Possession of a valid California Driver’s License upon appointment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Senior Human Resources Specialist may substitute for educational requirement on a year for year basis, up to two (2) years.
