About The Position

As a partner-led global investment firm, Global Gate invests its own proprietary capital and that of its international client base in a range of businesses that it aims to support for the long term. Through its group of companies, it oversees businesses in private equity, real estate investments and wealth management, corporate advisory services, insurance, and banking. With offices in London, Geneva, New York, Dubai and Beirut, it has grown to more than $6.5 billion in assets under management since its founding in 2013. This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside an experienced HC team, gaining broad exposure to how a global investment firm manages and grows its people function. The intern will be embedded within the Human Capital team, contributing to day-to-day operations and getting a well-rounded view of HR in a fast-paced, international environment. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and build a solid foundation in human capital management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Prior internship/exposure to HR or people operations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee documentation.
Good understanding of core HR processes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across all levels.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Ability to maintain and support operational HR workflows effectively.
