We are seeking a motivated, digitally fluent Junior Human Capital Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the delivery of organizational development and learning initiatives for our federal clients within the NIH’s National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) Office of Management, Workforce Development Branch. You will play a role in maintaining and modernizing human capital processes, designing engaging training materials, and supporting the execution of facilitated sessions. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who bridges the gap between traditional HR/learning & development and digital transformation. The work you do directly shapes how NHLBI develops its workforce, ensuring that one of the nation's leading biomedical research institutions has the learning infrastructure it needs to pursue its mission.
