SANCORP is seeking a Senior Human Capital Analyst to support the Office of Naval Research. This position involves providing US Navy Human Resource (HR) administration services to the ONR Global Personnel Office/N1 Department Head. The role requires performing administrative actions to ensure the consistent and compliant transition of all ONR Global personnel (S&T and Mission Support) into and out of the Command’s domestic and international office locations. The analyst will accept tasking and task prioritization from the ONR Global Human Resource Officer/N1. Key responsibilities include identifying and tracking ONR Global billets/positions reaching "End of Tour" or mandatory rotation dates, including unscheduled ad hoc changes, and informing relevant leadership 90 days prior to impending vacancies. The role also involves completing administrative HR actions to ensure employees transition into and out of the Command with accurate and compliant personnel profiles, capturing personnel transition actions, and completing non-inherently governmental administrative HR actions. The analyst will draft and facilitate "Welcome Aboard" letters, assist selectees with onboarding information, perform annual updates of "Welcome Aboard" packages, and provide off-boarding paperwork and instructions to outgoing personnel. Additionally, the position requires planning, coordinating, and facilitating Annual Working Group meetings to update and validate ONR Global’s recruitment plan for the upcoming Fiscal Year, soliciting annual updates from Government Program managers, and making appropriate changes to USA Jobs templates. The role also requires maintaining the ability to provide a corporate leadership representative for virtual meetings with ONR Global within 48 hours' notice to support contractor performance related meetings or concerns.
